President Zardari’s Round Table Conference
When he suddenly persuade
leaders of political parties to attend the round-table conference he
has proposed to address
important national issues. Every Pakistani even a child can tell
that it’s not about national issues but that the conference is being
convened because the government is facing unprecedented
pressure over the issue of Raymond Davis, the American citizen and
so called US embassy employee who is alleged to have killed two men in
Lahore. The US pressure for his release will be a main
issue at the conference.
Our leaders are least bothered if a
Pakistani citizen died, killed or their loved ones kill themselves. Why
do they care if Pakistanis can’t feed their families,
can’t provide shelter due to inflation? They are least worried if
there is no food, electricity, clean water, gas, or petrol because they
know they or their families, friends will not be affected
by all these but yes, our leaders and some so called journalists
can’t have a good sleep when they are in this kind of situation where
they are getting orders from their masters to let go their
killer and since they know that now this matter is in the hands of
our free and honorable court so they are quite stuck because they know
that all the Pakistanis are just waiting for this
government decision to let the killer go and once they get this
killer out of Pakistan without the court trial then I am sure world will
be watching Pakistan from the next day onwards where
people of Pakistan will come out of their houses to the streets of
Pakistan and it will be not only for the ousting of this government or
so called opposition leaders like Egypt or Tunis but a
kind of revolution which will bring real change, the kind of change
which founder of Pakistan and Alama Iqbal have dreamt about.
I can see its coming soon where
there will be no elite corrupts in all walk of life will going to fool
Pakistanis and Pakistanis will not going to let these
people go away this time without facing free and fair trial through
our justice system. I think you all agree that enough is enough for how
long these corrupt people in Pakistan will going to
last including some journalists like Najam Sethi and Retired justice
Tariq and those who are in favor of let this killer go without a trial
and other professions they all have to answer one
day in front of Pakistanis and it’s not far any more.
I am sure Pakistani youths are
closely watching enough of it and will come out in millions on the
streets of Pakistan and around the world but not only for the
change of the Government this time but truly overhaul change.

Before I stop writing this column I
would like you all to read this following paragraph from the Vienna
Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961) which clearly
said that “while providing
immunity to diplomats, allows the detention, judicial review and
possible prosecution of diplomatic individuals if they have
committed a “grave offense” as the immunity is not granted in the
case of “grave offenses“.
Why everyone forget that the 3rd
innocent Pakistani who was killed by the other US official at the same
incident why no one from the government of
Pakistan nor any so called leaders of Pakistan asking US mission in
Pakistan to hand over that official and the car which killed that 3rd Pakistani and also who will be responsible for
the suicide of Shumila whose last wish was to bring the justice in her husband’s killer.
I am very much sure that not a
single Pakistani newspaper have this courage to print this column but I
know we Pakistanis have the courage and spirit and know how
to spread and inform our Pakistanis in Pakistan and Pakistanis
around the world because we are true follower of Quid-E-Azam and his
saying.
